A small guide to reliable archives.
This site describes a private storage environment. Your administrator provides the workspace address and access details separately.
Give every copy a clear name
Use a project name and a date, such as project-2026-11-08. Include a short note describing the source, the software version, and the steps required to restore it.
Keep copies independent
A second folder on the same disk is useful for quick recovery, but it does not protect against a lost server. Keep an additional copy on a separate device or in another location.
Check recovery before you need it
Verify checksums after transfer and periodically restore an archive into a separate directory. For databases and applications, follow the application's consistency requirements.
Access to your workspace
Ask your administrator for approved connection details. Never enter a password or recovery key on this public information site. File uploads and account sign-in are not available here.
